Tahini Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies - Gluten Free
Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Refined Sugar Free
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Tahini paste
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup roasted hazelnuts
- 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350-degree F.
- Take a large bowl. Mix Tahini paste, maple syrup, almond milk, cocoa powder until thick paste.
- Take a mixer grinder and grind roasted hazelnuts and rolled oats together.
- Take another large bowl and transfer the ground mixture to it. Add coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pinch of salt and baking powder. Mix well.
- Now mix the tahini mixture with the almond flour mixture. Mix it until completely combined.
- Grease your palms with coconut oil and roll out small dough balls and place it over a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes until completely baked.
- Serve hot with a cup of tea. Enjoy!!
