Ginger Turmeric Tea
Ingredients :
- 2 inch Ginger piece cut into thin round slices
- 1 Turmeric root cut into thin round slices
- 5 cups water
- ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon peel
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey
Method:
- Take water in a saucepan. Add ginger, turmeric, lemon peel, cayenne pepper and black pepper to it.
- Cook on medium flame for about 5-7 mins and don’t let it boil.
- Let it simmer for few minutes and add coconut oil and lemon juice.
- Stir well. Strain it through a strainer and serve hot. Add honey according to your taste.
