Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
- Chicken Thighs 1.5 lb
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 -5 Tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- Organic Chicken Curry blend 24 Mantra Organic
- Salt to taste
Method:
On a heavy bottom pan, heat oil. Add chopped onions to it. Fry them until golden brown. Add the chicken curry spice blend and stir it well. Add chicken thighs to it and cook it for 15-20 mins with little water. Add tomato sauce with salt to this and cook it for another 10 mins. Serve it hot. Enjoy this super easy and super quick recipe with some Naans, rotis or white rice.
