Cheddar Cheese Biscuits ( Low Carb and Gluten free)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
Method: Preheat oven to 350 degree F. In a large bowl, sift almond flour. Add baking powder, salt, garlic and onion powder, black pepper and green onions. Mix well.
- Take a small bowl. Whisk eggs and melted butter really well. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients. Add shredded cheese and mix the ingredients really well.
- Take a baking sheet. Line it with parchment paper. Scoop ¼ cup of the mix and place it over the parchment paper.
- Bake it for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool for about 30 minutes. Serve it with hot soup and enjoy!!
