Cauliflower Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 16 oz riced cauliflower
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped thyme
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- Some Parmesan to garnish
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Take a loaf pan and line it with a parchment paper. Now in a bowl microwave riced cauliflower for about 3-4 mins. Take another large bowl and add egg whites to it. Whisk it until soft peaks. Keep it aside. In another large bowl, add almond flour, egg yolks, salt, baking powder, melted butter, parsley, thyme and oregano. Mix well. Now add cauliflower to it with a quarter cup of egg whites. Mix well. Add the remaining egg whites and fold it well with all the ingredients. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and bake it for 45-50 mins. Remove it once done and let it cool before slicing. Garnish it with parsley and parmesan.
